Today, we’re grateful to share our 2025–2026 Impact Report—a celebration of the lives God has changed through His Word, faithful mentors, and partners like you.
This year’s report is about much more than statistics. It’s about people.
Inside, you’ll meet students who discovered hope behind prison walls, mentors whose own faith was renewed as they encouraged others, and ministry leaders around the world who are faithfully bringing the Gospel into prisons in their communities.
You’ll also see how God has continued to grow this ministry over the past year through:
- Expanding access to Bible studies and mentoring around the world
- Preparing new Spanish curriculum resources to reach more students
- Equipping international partners with new training and tools
- Investing in a digital ministry pilot to reach students facing increasing mail restrictions
- Strengthening the ministry through strategic operational improvements and faithful stewardship
In this report, you’ll read Ana’s story of finding Christ in a Florida prison after receiving a Crossroads enrollment postcard. You’ll meet Nataly from Peru, whose study of the prodigal son led her back to the Father. You’ll see how John Mark’s life was restored after addiction and a prison sentence, and how he now serves as a Crossroads mentor. You’ll also hear from mentors and ministry leaders who have discovered that discipleship transforms everyone involved.
These stories remind us that God continues to work powerfully in places the world often forgets.
