The Crossroads mentor portal allows you to submit student progress reports, update your contact information and place a hold on your lessons when you will not be available to review them. This replaces the “Report a Score” web page.

Changes to the Crossroads Program

In an effort to better serve our students and get lessons to them more efficiently, several changes have been made to the Crossroads program. Click here for details.

New Information to Report

The information you report about student progress is also changing. You will no longer report the number of errors in students’ lessons. We now ask that you report students’ progress in the following categories: completion, understanding and application. For more information about the new reporting categories, click here.

If you need assistance with logging in to the mentor portal, please contact the mentor support team at mentor@cpministries.org or 800-668-2450.

Please note: Because the mentor portal is new, you will need to create a new account before you use the portal for the first time. The username and password you used on the old “Report a Score” page will not work on the new mentor portal.
